VTX - Violation Processing Module

The VTX-VP Violation Processing Module has proven itself to be the most successful violation processing system in operation. Most major toll projects financed by tax-exempt bonds have a covenant that requires the operator to collect 100 percent of the expected tolls.

VTX-VP has been instrumental in generating sufficient violation and video tolling revenue to enable one major client to collect 101 percent of expected tolls – a first in the industry. In 2003, the VTX-VP module and the VESystems team generated over $10,000,000 of direct annual violation revenue and more than $10,000,000 additional annual pay-by-plate (video tolling) income for one of our client – representing 15 percent of their total revenues.

VTX-VP owes its superior results to its unique capability to instantaneously access every potentially related piece of current or historical data for violators, their vehicle(s), and demographic information. Extensive system automation ensures thorough follow-up tracking of every violation, thus maximizing revenues. Since VTX-VP is fully integrated with customer account management functions, the system precludes sending erroneous violation notices to clients and interoperable account holders.
