VESystems Gets New Three Year Contract In Orange County, CA

Irvine, CA (June 2009)

VESystems is pleased to announce the award of a new three (3) year Customer Service and IT support contract for the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA), in Irvine, CA. The new contract extends VESystems support to TCA through June 2012. The new contract also includes three one year option periods.

VESystems has provided customer service and violation processing tasks for TCA customers for the past nine years. The original contract scope was limited to violation processing and related support tasks. Over the years, VESystems' role has been expanded to include all aspects of customer service functions for the agencies.

In addition to call center staffing, VESystems personnel are responsible for managing all transponder inventory tasks and violations collections efforts for TCA. In 2003 VESystems introduced with its VTX Toll System Software, a complete back office system To the TCA.

According to Michael Leahy, COO of VESystems, "Getting a new three year contract with the TCA is an exciting accomplishment for our entire team working at the Toll Roads. We look forward to many more years of working with the agencies to provide excellent customer service."
