Located in Austin, Texas, TxTag is an arm of the Texas Department of Transportation charged with managing traffic flow amidst the spectacular growth seen in the region for the past decade. To that end, the agency enlisted VESystems to supply software for customer service functions, violations processing, and an innovative video billing solution; VESystems provides technical support for the TxTag call center.
